"Canvas is a bank piece of life. Waiting for someone to throw color and ambition on it. It waits anxiously for itself to come to life. Now is the time. Let the journey begin."

One in the same, never to change.

I'm taking time out from my bible study to write because I have some passages to share and if I don't now I will forget to later:) I'm listening to Demi Lovato/The Jonas Brother's song "On the Line." (Many of you are probably gagging that I just said I'm listening to the Jonas Brothers BUT this song is so cute and fun. I always picture it with a jazz or tap number with a cute couple. (sigh...) Check it out:)

Anyhoo my bible study is so interesting! I'm doing a study by Beth Moore over the life and ministry of Paul. He was like...a super-servant. It's amazing. Funny to think he started out persecuting Christians and then became one of the most devout and honorable men of Jesus...such sweet redemption.

I came across some passages that really are becoming my daily bread, the verses I am shaping my life to resemble. Some act as cautions, some are encouragement. Many of them are shaped specifically for women (sorry guys..I promise to not be so biased in my writing eventually;) but they are good to think about. So ladies, take these and apply them to your heart. Gentlemen, LOOK for these in the women in your lives, encourage your sisters to grow to be noble Godly women. (Your bride-to-be will appreciate this;)

"I find bitter more than death the woman who is a snare, whose heart is a trap and whose hands are chains. The man who pleases God will escape her, but the sinner she will ensnare." Ecclesiastes 7:26. In NO WAY are we supposed to be snares for our brothers girls! That attitude of "I'll make every guy want me then choose them for my liking" is ridiculous. We cannot show love to the men in our lives by acting in a way that dishonors them and uses them. Please, show your heart more than what's physical. Be authentically beautiful in your heart, showing the love of Jesus with your joyful attitude...and maybe some cute flats;)

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." Proverbs 16:3
Nuff said:)

"He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord." Proverbs 18:22 Now that is some sweet stuff! Girls, Can you imagine your husband being called favorable because he has a sweet wife that loves the Lord fully? Ummm yeah...that's a BIG compliment ladies.

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2. His plans will always be better than ours, why worry? Let the Master Planner give you your daily tasks and future:) Live in the world, but don't become worldly...although it's hard, you will find a greater reward when you're at the feet of our precious Jesus.

"For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Don ot think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you." Romans 12:3...again, nuff said:)

"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Corinthians 15:58.

"Do NOTHING (emphasis added) out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others." Philippians 2:3-4.

"My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this; Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because our anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires." James 1:19-20. Emphasis on SLOW TO SPEAK for Tiffanie:)

"As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead." James 2:26

I have many more to share at some point!:) Just wanted to provide some insight for our days ahead. I'm loving this journey of learning how to live these passages out fully, with Jesus by my side and in my heart. It cannot go downhill from here:) I hope all you lovely peeps will join me!
